CEF Overview

Since 2008, AD-Linkage Limited’s “Professional Certificate in Practical Digital Marketing” Course has been recognized by the HKSAR government’s Continuing Education Fund (CEF) as a reimbursable course.

Eligible candidates could follow the below procedures to apply for Continuing Education Fund (CEF).

Eligibility for CEF Subsidy

Applicants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 to 65.


Applicants are required to attend a minimum of 70% attendance


Applicants are required to obtain at least 50% score in the final examination

Course Enrolment and CEF Application

Please follow the simple steps listed below for enrolment, CEF application, account opening and reimbursement.

Step 1.
Fill in Enrollment Form and Pay the Tuition Fee

Fill in the CEF Application Form

  • Actual Tuition Fees Paid by the Applicant: Please fill in the actual tuition fee paid for this course
  • Commencement Date (D/M/Y): Please fill in with the start date of the course
  • Please submit the Enrollment Form, HKID copy and CEF Application Form to in person or post “AD-Linkage Ltd., Flat 1201, 12/F, Fortress Tower, 250 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong”
  • For “Part C”, please submit the CEF Application Form to AD-Linkage Limited before the course commencement date for company chop.
Step 3.
Notification of Continuing Education Fund (CEF) Account Opening Results


  • Notification of account opening results will be posted to the applicants by the Office of Continuing Education Fund (OCEF) within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of applications.
  • If the information provided is incomplete or there are discrepancies in the information provided, applicants will be requested by the OCEF to give an explanation or provide supplementary information.
Step 4.
Continuing Education Fund (CEF) – Reimbursement Procedures


  • A Reimbursement Claim Form (RCF) (SFO 193 (2015) Rev.) will be posted to Each applicant who has successfully opened a CEF account by the Office of Continuing Education Fund (OCEF)
  • The Reimbursement Claim Form (RCF) (SFO 193 (2015) Rev.) should be submitted after successful completion of the course within 4 years from the date the application was approved.

  • A claimant should submit to the Office of Continuing Education Fund (OCEF):
    – The Completed Reimbursement Claim Form (RCF) with the Institution’s chop
    – Copies of Tuition Fee Official Receipts
    – documentary proof that the claimant has successfully completed the courses (Copy of “Proof of Course Completion”)
    – the front page of his/her bank passbook/statement showing the name, account number and bank name / bank code
  • Claim application results will be issued within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the Reimbursement Claim Form (RCF). Reimbursement will be made after 2 weeks by direct credit to the saving/current account nominated by the claimant for receipt of the reimbursement.
