石先生為推廣自己設計的產品學習各種數碼營銷技術及軟件。於2014年創辦OMP。是香港第一個網上學習平台。專注為企業提供軟件教學，內容包括 AI 商業應用、Facebook 廣告、CRM 、流程自動化等等。自2023年開始專注教授應用 AI 技術。
線上及線下課程共培訓超過三千位來自香港、澳門、台灣、新加坡以及馬來西亞的中小企老闆。亦為企業提供顧問咨詢及內部培訓，包括：太古地產、德國寶、 Yahoo、史偉莎集團、 陽光洗衣、草姬、康宏理財、明報、美心集團等等。
